Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Puzzle Painter. By using the app or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

License and acceptable use

Puzzle Painter grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended entertainment purposes. You may not cheat, automate play or voting, exploit errors, bypass security or rate limits, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with the service, impersonate others, manipulate purchases or rewards, or use the service unlawfully. Player names must follow the in-app safety rules. Four-digit player tags contain numbers only, and each combined player name and tag must be unique.

Uploads and community content

You retain ownership of artwork and images you submit. For private uploads and competition entries awaiting review, you give Puzzle Painter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, and moderate the submitted content only as needed to provide the conversion or submission feature you selected, conduct moderation and review, and follow the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

For an approved competition entry, you give Puzzle Painter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to store, process, reproduce, display, moderate, distribute, and adapt the entry only for voting, winner history, promotion inside Puzzle Painter, and conversion and use as a playable community or daily challenge level. To the extent permitted by law, this license survives deletion of the content or account and termination of these Terms.

Original private images remain subject to the deletion schedule stated in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights needed to submit content. Do not submit illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, privacy-invasive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise unsafe material.

Competitions, voting, and moderation

Competition prompts, submission limits, categories, review windows, voting rules, award counts, and rewards may vary by contest. Entries may require private approval before appearing. Votes have no cash value. Verified votes, event wins, and competition credits earned may be displayed with your public player ID on all-time leaderboards. We may reject, remove, disqualify, group reports about, or restrict content or accounts to protect players, enforce these Terms, correct abuse, or preserve fair results. Reports are targeted for review within 24–48 hours, but that target is not a guarantee. You can hide an artist without reporting them and can manage hidden artists in the app’s options.

Virtual items, ads, and purchases

Studio Credits, lives, boosters, rewards, and other virtual items are licensed digital features, not money or property. They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. We may rebalance gameplay prices and non-purchased rewards, but verified purchases will be handled according to the product offered and applicable store rules.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store and may also be managed through RevenueCat. Prices, taxes, refunds, renewals, cancellation, billing disputes, and restoration are subject to the store’s terms. Consumable purchases cannot normally be restored after use or loss of guest local data. Ad-Free Forever is restorable through the same store account and removes forced ads; optional rewarded ads remain available. Weekly subscriptions require a signed-in Puzzle Painter account, renew unless canceled through the store, and deliver their stated total as daily account credits during each paid period. Missed days can be claimed later while that paid period remains eligible.

Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, contests, levels, rewards, or the service. We work to keep Puzzle Painter available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, a specific contest outcome, or that every device or network will always be supported.

Enforcement and termination

We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations, fraud, safety concerns, legal requirements, or material risk to the service or other players. You may request account deletion in the app. Unflagged account data is permanently deleted within 24 hours; flagged content may be held temporarily when needed for abuse, fraud, safety, or legal review.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Puzzle Painter is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed. To the extent permitted by law, Puzzle Painter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms, where allowed by law. Questions or notices can be sent to support@07890987.xyz.
